Take a gentle journey into the golden and welcoming the desert. This trek is designed to offer you an authentic and special immersion into the desert with its unique atmosphere and landscapes.
From Mhamid To Sidi Naji
After taking breakfast, we will head, walking on the golden and warm sand, toward a Tamaris. There, under its cool shadow, we will take lunch and enjoy a little rest.
Later on the same day, we will continue our trek to Sidi Naji Sanctuary. Our final destination of the first day. We will set up our camp for the night there under the unlimited desert sky.
From Sidi Naji to Erg Zahar
In the morning, the breakfast is served and you will have time to enjoy the freshness and the exquisiteness of the morning. After packing up the camp, we will go along the same dunes nomads have long traveled centuries ago. On our way we will cross what once was a lake that used to gather nomads and their caravans for water. By the end of our day’s journey, we will arrive at the magic Erg Zahar dunes where will set our camp for the night!
From Erg Zahar to Mhamid
In the morning, breakfast is served and slowly we pack our camp for the return. We will take the way back to Mhamid walking those beautiful paths amid the dunes, gazing as far as our sight reaches the line where the dunes meet the sky and letting the spirit of the vast desert beautify our hearts!
