Ouarzazate is one of the most famous touristic cities of Morocco, and this trip just starts from there! As we head towards the desert, you’ll enjoy amazing landscapes including the long, palm trees full daraa valley and much more small villages living the traditional way of life!
Ouarzazate – the Draa Valley – M’hamid Bivouac.
Departure in the morning after your breakfast for 4h of road with stops, lunch break in a guest house in the palm grove, then road again to M’hamid, we join the bivouac fixed in the middle of the first dunes, installation in your tents , stroll in the dunes sunset animated evening and dinner at the bivouac.
Camel rides in the desert
Departure of M’HAMID at 8:30 in the morning For a hike, with camels, your guide and your camel driver.
Lunch at the palm grove (RAZ NAHAL) to leave the afternoon walk in the crossing of small dunes to a nice place where you will camp to spend the night (DOUIB).
The oasis – erg chegaga
In the morning, always hiking with camels, you will have plenty of time to admire the desert in its majestic simplicity, to soak up its grandiose landscapes until lunch followed by a good moment of rest. In the afternoon you will quickly reach in 1h the big dunes of CHIGAGA in 4X4 to have the time to climb one of the highest dunes and to admire the sunset on the waves of golden dunes of the sea of sand.Soirée and night in the bivouac from CHIGAGA.
Lake iriki – Foum’z guid – Taznakht – Ouarzazate
Breakfast and departure from CHIGAGA to FOUM’Z-GUID.
Passage by iriki lake, vast surface of groomed and flat sand.
Track in a landscape of hamada of pebbles until FOUM’Z-GUID where the lunch will be made
Then the road to TAZNAKHT carpet city to arrive in late afternoon at OUARZAZATE.
